What’s New in SQL 2012 for SQL Server Integration Services (CTP3)
This presentation was from TechEd North America 2011. I cover all of the new SSIS functionality in SQL 2012 CTP3 (code-named “Denali” at the time).
BI Power Hour
The BI Power Hour from TechEd North America 2011. My demo shows how I manage my social life using the new Enterprise Information Management (EIM) products available with SQL Server 2012. It was fun putting together a demo that shows off how SSIS can be used with StreamInsight, Data Quality Services (DQS), and Master Data Services (MDS).
Beyond Scripting: Developing Reusable Extensions for SSIS
This presentation was from TechEd North America 2010. I tell a story about the troubles a couple of ETL developers face when extending SSIS. I talk about how SSIS can be extended using scripts and custom extensions, and the pros and cons of each approach.
SSIS Performance Design Patterns
This was the first time I presented this topic, and is still one of my favorite presentations. It was done at TechEd North America 2010 as part of the BI Conference. It was supposed to be a chalk talk, but I ended up in a huge room with almost 200 attendees.

Hi, During the SSIS Performance Design patterns talk, you mention tht you would be posting the Benchmarking package framework. I cant seem to find it anywhere. Can you guide me to it please?

Hi Mark! I had shared it out after the session, but unfortunately have since lost the packages involved. Thankfully, this benchmarking is built into the SSIS Catalog in SQL 2012.
